About
You are deserving of support with nutrition that honors your lived experience. If you feel confused or disconnected from your body because of conflicting messages about what “health” or “good” nutrition means, you’re not alone. Many adults have been told that certain foods are “bad,” or that their body needs fixing—messages that rarely lead to a peaceful or nourishing relationship with food.
In our sessions, you’ll receive evidence-based nutrition counseling that recognizes the complexity of your life. Together, we’ll work to untangle harmful narratives about food and bodies. Over time, we’ll rebuild a more realistic approach to nourishment—one rooted in radical acceptance, adequate intake, and whole-person care rather than diet culture misinformation.
If you’re navigating an eating disorder, chronic dieting, or years of contradictory nutrition advice, you’ll have support informed by clinical experience, scientific research, and genuine respect for your expertise in You.
Our work may include developing flexible eating patterns, increasing comfort with feared or avoided foods, and strengthening body trust—all at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for the long haul.

My energy: Matched to you during our session. Supporting during the setbacks. Celebrating the wins along the way.
Outside of the office: Keeping this Earthsuit well fed, rested, and active is a fulltime job but in the spare moments outside of maintenance I enjoy writing, storytelling, various arts and crafts, and, most importantly, being in community with folks who inspire me to cultivate a life worth living.
