About

Hello! My name is Savannah, and I am so glad you are here. All parts of you are welcome in this space; it is a nonjudgmental place to talk about food and body. Whether body image issues are taking up brain space, binge eating is happening despite trying to eat well, restriction is keeping you from living a full life, or ARFID is causing shame with food choices, these things are never something you should struggle with alone.

My goal as your RD is to help you find the balance between education, support, and encouragement from someone that knows and understands what you are struggling with.

I am here to provide compassionate, individualized, and accessible treatment custom-tailored to your life, whether you need help unpacking body image struggles, getting in touch with hunger and fullness, or need support with meal planning and cooking, and so much more.

There is so much hope for a fully recovered life where nourishment is achieved from a place of body respect and inner attunement rather than struggle and critical outside voices.

What it's like working with me

Your session with me: In your first session, I will focus on getting to know you as a person, learning about your relationship with food, your medical history, and more. This will help me develop a tailored plan to meet your needs. It is a low pressure and relaxed session (no meal plans or homework right away)!

My energy: People and clients who know me well describe me as even-keeled, calm, non-judgmental, and intuitive. My goal is to approach your nutrition concerns with curiosity incorporating your personal lived experience with food and body image.

Outside of the office: In addition to working with clients, I also enjoy playing mahjong, cooking and baking, international travel, spending time with my partner and rescue dog, playing tennis, participating in joyful movement, and trying new restaurants.
