About

You might be feeling overwhelmed by food, your body, or the constant mental noise around eating. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to do things “the right way,” yet food still feels stressful, rigid, or confusing. What you’re experiencing makes sense and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You deserve nutrition care that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and grounded in understanding you, not just rules or labels. Our work together centers on rebuilding trust with food and your body at a pace that feels realistic and supportive. Whether you’re healing from an eating disorder, working toward intuitive eating, or simply wanting a more peaceful relationship with food, you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

What it's like working with me

Your session with me: This space is about progress, not perfection. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear end goal to begin. Together, we’ll untangle the noise around food so you can feel more confident, nourished, and supported in your everyday life.

I believe there’s no one "perfect" way of eating, which is why our work together will be a true collaboration. This isn’t about me giving you a generic list of rules. I take the time to create a plan that’s tailored specifically to your needs, your life, and your goals. We're a team.

My energy: My clients would probably describe me as bubbly and direct (in the best way!). I genuinely welcome your sass, your feedback, and your honest thoughts. I want to know what is and isn't working for you so I can provide the best support possible.

Outside of the office: You can find me having movie nights with my family or exploring a new restaurant in the city (always happy to give a recommendation!). I believe in a life full of flavor and joy, and I’d love to help you find that, too.
