About
I believe that food is not “good” or “bad,” and that healing involves rediscovering trust, flexibility, and enjoyment in eating. Together, you and I will work toward nourishing your body, honoring your goals, and building routines that fit naturally into your life. I am committed to walking alongside you, helping you navigate challenges, and supporting you as you move toward a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon, she brings together a strong foundation in nutrition and a deep understanding of the emotional and behavioral aspects of eating. This combination allows her to support clients with compassion, clinical insight, and respect for the complexity of their relationship with food.
My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your needs without judgment. I offer consistent guidance, gentle accountability, and education that empowers you to reconnect with your body’s cues and make choices aligned with your well-being.
