About

Do you feel constantly stressed around food? Are you (understandably) overwhelmed by the ever-changing nutrition advice you see online? Do thoughts about food, your body, or exercise take up way too much space in your mind? If so, you’re not alone—and I’d love to work together.

I work with adults of all identities (LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, etc.) and I specialize in helping people rebuild a peaceful and trusting relationship with food. My passion for this work comes from my own long history of disordered eating. After fully recovering, I was amazed by how much space opened up in my life—space for creativity, relationships, joy, and things that truly matter. That experience shaped my belief that so much of what we’re taught about weight and health is simply not true. Diet culture disconnects us from our natural cues, pathologizes normal body diversity, and profits off our insecurities.

My approach is weight-neutral and rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES). I believe health is not defined by one’s body size nor should it look like “chicken breast, white rice, and broccoli” for every meal. Cultural foods, comfort foods, and fun foods all have a place in your life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom so food decisions feel grounded—not stressful or “high stakes.”

While I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, I also support people navigating general health concerns in a weight-inclusive, shame-free way. This includes things like heart health, digestive issues, blood sugar balance, and building sustainable habits without restriction or rigidity

I bring the nutrition expertise, but you bring the expertise of your body and lived experience. Together we’ll build personalized, sustainable changes that honor your body, your culture, your preferences, and your goals.

I also love working with athletes. As a triathlete myself, I’ve learned firsthand how deeply nutrition impacts performance, energy, and recovery. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or tackling endurance events, I’m here to help you fuel in a way that feels empowering—not obsessive.

When I’m not working, you can find me outside—mountaineering, trail running, or cold plunging. I love reading, watching Netflix in Spanish, and of course ending the day with a sweet treat.
