About
You might feel stuck in your relationship with food — going back and forth between trying to “be good” and feeling like things spiral. Maybe you’ve tried diets, rules, or plans that worked for a little while, but never really felt sustainable. Or maybe you’re just tired of thinking about food all the time.
You don’t have to do this perfectly, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Together, we’ll start to untangle what’s been going on — with curiosity, not judgment. You’ll have space to be honest about your experiences, your struggles, and even the things that feel hard to say out loud. From there, we’ll work toward helping you feel more at ease with food, more connected to your body, and more trusting of yourself.
There’s no “right way” to do this. We’ll go at your pace and figure out what actually works for you.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: Our sessions are collaborative and supportive. We’ll explore patterns, thoughts, and behaviors around food and your body, and gently work through them together. I’ll help guide you, offer tools and perspective, and support you in building trust with yourself — without pressure to get everything “right.”
My energy: Warm, calm, and non-judgmental. I’ll meet you where you are, and you can show up exactly as you are — no need to filter or have it all figured out.
Outside of the office: I enjoy slowing down, spending time with family, and finding simple, meaningful moments in everyday life. I love spending time outdoors in nature and spending time with my horse and dog Charlie.
Fun / meaningful fact: I’m deeply passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies — and I truly believe that change happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood. I'm a foodie first and love trying new restaurants, types of cuisine and traveling for food!
