About
Hi friend, welcome! I am so happy you're here & proud of you for taking this step. Navigating your relationship with food, body image, and movement starts with finding a dietitian you feel safe with. You deserve to be heard every step of the way and feel comfortable asking questions without judgment. Think of me as your shotgun passenger, working together with you to steer away from diet culture and reconnect with your body.
You will always find gender‑affirming and neurodivergent‑friendly care here! My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration - I'm here to assist you in cultivating a partnership with your body & honoring your unique needs. I hold space for you as a whole person; your food, sleep, stress, movement, culture, and lived experience all matter. If decisions around food and eating have ever felt like a challenge, let's create sustainable systems that meet you where you're at. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all path to health, so together we’ll explore what truly works for you — your capacity, your rhythms, your values.
My experience has allowed me to work with folks in a variety of areas, including disordered eating, diabetes, heart health, and perimenopause. I'm extremely passionate about working with the intersection between mental health and nutrition - some clients have even shared that these sessions feel like "food therapy," since your relationship with food is so layered and deeply personal. My hope is that you leave each session with even 1% more clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction. Let's build a relationship with food that feels grounded, flexible, and nourishing - you deserve it!

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: a judgement-free space guided by curiosity, gentle accountability, and evidence-based care. Each session will likely look a little different, which is perfectly normal! Your trust + comfort is a top priority, and we can always shift the energy of a session based on your capacity and needs that day. My two dogs (Ted & Jax) are my co-workers, so you will likely see some beagle and chiweenie cameos - all pets are welcome to join our sessions!
My energy: warm, supportive, with a touch of silly (because we all need a little giggle, right?)
Outside of the office: I'm always reaching for arts & crafts to unwind - painting, polymer clay, and most recently, crocheting! I feel most grounded spending time outdoors, whether it be at the beach, gardening, concert-going, or walking the dogs with my partner MK. I'm all about trying new, joyful forms of movement, and have recently been enjoying Qi Gong and Tai Chi!
Fun/meaningful fact: I'm named after the Road to Hāna in Maui, where my parents got married! I grew up playing all the sports but stuck with swim team for over a decade!
