About
Hi! I’m Grace, and I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I love getting to know your story—your goals, your lifestyle, and your past experiences—so we can find an approach that actually works for you.
I believe food has a powerful impact on how we feel and functions as more than just fuel. It plays an important role in our physical health, brain function, mental health, culture, and relationships. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with compassion and curiosity, helping you build sustainable habits while reducing stress and confusion around food. Our work together is collaborative, realistic, and tailored to your life so you can feel more confident, energized and at ease with food choices.
My background includes working with oncology patients, supporting individuals with conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and GI issues, improving overall wellbeing, and helping clients rebuild their relationship with food through intuitive eating.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: You know yourself and lifestyle the best, I just know nutrition. I use evidence-based nutrition care to tailor recommendations to fit your lifestyle at your pace.
My energy: warm and supportive. I listen to understand in a judgment-free zone.
Outside the office: I love to be outside as much as possible, read, cook and hang out with my spicy cat, Lionel.
Fun/meaningful fact: I buy food souvenirs or spend time at local markets when traveling because I love to see how other cultures really eat.
