About
Welcome - I am so glad you're here and applaud you for reaching out! The first step in working on your relationship with food, your body, and exercise is finding the right dietitian that you trust. You deserve to be heard every step of the way and to feel safe to ask questions. I have experience working with eating disorders, sports nutrition, kidney disease, diabetes, HTN, high cholesterol, and GI concerns. Additionally, I've worked with clients with several co-occurring disorders like anxiety, depression, BPD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD. I identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and am passionate about helping those that identify with this group.
My favorite thing about being a dietitian is the relationship I get to build with people. Food is a very personal topic for people and I am honored and humbled to be in the room where the magic happens. My goal for clients is that you leave session feeling or learning something different than when you started. Want basic nutrition education? I'll answer all the questions. Feeling angry at diet culture? We can get angry together. Emotional over experiencing those glimmers in recovery? I'm here to cry with you. I ensure you never feel alone on this journey.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: I utilize humor to create a warm, safe space for discussing difficult topics. I'm here to meet you where you are at while gently guiding you on your journey.
My energy: calm, humorous, attentive, honest. I will always approach session as a safe person for you.
Outside of the office: I love my fur babies! I have a black lab and two black cats - you will likely see them pop up from time to time. I enjoy baking and paint by numbers. I'm often exploring different locations in New England with my partner.
Fun/meaningful fact: I collect old/antique photos of people I find at flea markets to put on my macrabre wall in my living room!
