About

Hi! I'm Chelsea. If you've landed here, there's a good chance that food has felt more stressful than peaceful at some point and I want you to know that makes a lot of sense. Navigating food, health, and body in today's world can feel like rocky terrain. Maybe eating has just felt harder than it should, tangled up in noise from the outside world and a whole lot of conflicting information about what you're supposed to do. Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, digestive concerns like IBS, hormonal conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, a complicated relationship with your body (or some combination of the above), you’re in the right place.

My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and evidence-based care. I'm a firm believer that all foods fit, including and especially the ones tied to your culture, your family, and the moments that matter to you. Our work together will be shaped by your lived experience, your food story, and what feels supportive and sustainable for you. My goal is to help nourishment feel more flexible and grounded in self-trust rather than rules.

With a background in psychology and public health, I understand that our relationship with food is rarely *just* about the food. I bring that awareness into every session, creating a collaborative, compassionate space where we move at your pace and adapt as life evolves. I want you to feel genuinely heard, supported, and affirmed throughout the process.

While much of my work centers on the intersection of disordered eating and digestive health, I also have over five years of experience supporting clients in the spaces of hormonal health, women’s health, heart health, and blood sugar concerns through a weight-neutral lens. As a former dancer and current (recreational) runner, I also love working with athletes and movers of all kinds to build confidence in fueling and supporting performance without rigidity.

I'm really glad you found your way here, and whatever your next step looks like, I'm rooting for you.

What it's like working with me

Your session with me:

I know that building trust and getting to know one another doesn't happen right away and our sessions may include conversations about food, but also so much more than that. I want to get to know you as a whole person such as what’s going on in your life, your past experiences, relationships and family dynamics, mental health, hobbies/ interests, and the things that make you *you*. All of these pieces can shape the way we relate to food and our bodies, and they deserve space in the conversation too. Together, we’ll celebrate your wins, explore challenges that have come up and look for areas where we can create a little more flexibility and ease. This may look like supporting you with tools for regular and adequate nourishment, unpacking food-related thoughts, and building body trust over time. This is a judgment-free space, please feel free to come as you are! PS: I love pet cameos in session!

My energy: warm, supportive, engaged

Outside of the office: I'm currently based Austin, TX and enjoy being outdoors soaking up sun with my husband and my cattle dog pup Bandido. When not braving the Texas heat, you can find me dancing, running or biking (especially to coffee shops), getting lost in a good book, and eating my way through the Austin food scene.

Fun/meaningful fact: My first language was Norwegian (I'm Chilean and Norwegian), and I'm fluent in Spanish. I studied public and mental health abroad in Chile!
