About

Helping people reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the joy of eating is at the heart of my work. I support individuals healing from eating disorders, breaking free from diet culture, and learning to trust themselves again, through compassionate, culturally affirming care tailored to their unique journey. I believe that all foods fit, and that nourishment should support your life, not control it.

As a former professional dancer in NYC, I understand how deeply societal pressures around appearance can shape our relationship with food and movement. That experience fuels my passion for sports nutrition, especially for athletes and performers seeking to fuel their bodies with intention, not restriction. Whether you're training for a race or simply trying to feel your best, I'll help you build sustainable habits that honor your body's needs and support a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

I align with the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy, focusing on health-promoting behaviors rather than weight as a measure of success. My work centers on creating a safe, inclusive space where clients of all gender expressions, body sizes, and cultural backgrounds feel seen, respected, and supported. I also work with individuals managing conditions like cardiovascular health or type 2 diabetes, using a weight-inclusive approach that prioritizes overall well-being. I'd be honored to support you in building confidence around food, tuning out the outside noise, and learning to trust your body's signals with compassion.
